Meals made for your body.
Tell us your goal. We work out how much you need to eat, cook it fresh each day, and deliver it to your door.
Start with your goal, not a menu
Pick the one that sounds like you. It opens WhatsApp with your goal already written in.
Four steps, and we do three of them
Eating well usually means shopping, weighing, cooking and cleaning up every day. You do step one. We do the rest.
Tell us about you
Height, weight, age, how active you are, what you like and cannot eat, and what you want to change. Ten minutes on WhatsApp.
We set your numbers
Your daily calories and your protein, carb and fat targets. Not a template — yours, based on your body and your goal.
We cook to those numbers
Every ingredient is weighed, cooked weight not raw. Two people can order the same dish and get different portions, because their targets differ.
It arrives, you eat
Lunch 12–2 PM, dinner 7–9 PM, at home, at work or at your gym. Macros printed on the box. Pause any day you travel.
A real day on a fat-loss plan
One member's Tuesday. Four meals, everything weighed, adding up to exactly her daily target.
Protein Oats Bowl
Rolled oats, almond milk, chia, berries and flax.
High-Protein Paneer Bowl
Stir-fried paneer, brown rice, greens, flax sprouts.
Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Greek yoghurt, strawberry, oats and seeds.
Himalayan Buddha Bowl
Quinoa, roasted veg, tofu, tahini drizzle.
We promise the day, not the dish. Some meals run higher in protein and others in carbs — what matters is where you land by bedtime. Calories are always calculated from the weighed macros, so the number on your box is the number you ate.
Where Helicious actually works
A plan is where results come from: you decide once, not three times a day. Your portions, swaps and allergies are handled inside every plan, at no extra cost.
Prices depend on your meals per day, plan length and delivery area. Ask for today's rate card on WhatsApp and you will get the full breakdown — food, delivery and add-ons listed separately, no hidden charges.
Anyone can call food healthy
Here is what that word actually means in our kitchen.
Weighed, not estimated
Every ingredient is measured, and we record cooked weights, not raw. The rice and curd count towards your protein too, not just the chicken.
100+ dishes in rotation
Burgers, thalis, burrito bowls, wraps, salads, smoothies, no-sugar desserts. You will not see the same meal twice in a month.
Cooked properly
Grilled, baked, roasted, tempered with real Indian spices. No deep frying, no maida, no bland steamed chicken.
Medical needs taken seriously
Diabetic, thyroid, PCOS and recovery menus are cooked to what your doctor or dietitian has prescribed. We follow their instructions — we do not write them.
You can see your own numbers
Members get a login to track their meals, calories, weight and progress, and to keep a log book their dietitian can read and reply to.
Delivered on your schedule
Home, office or your gym reception after training. Travelling? Pause the day and we add it to the end of your plan.
Work out your price now
No form, no phone call. Tell us how much you want to eat and how much protein you need, and the price appears. Everything is itemised — food, delivery, discount — because you should be able to see what you are paying for.
Start your plan
A few details and it goes straight to the Helicious team.
Prices shown are for standard plans. Students, couples and anyone taking three meals a day for three months or more — talk to us, there is usually something we can do. Ask about a discount.
Your own account, not just a delivery
Every member gets a login. See the week's menu, tick off what you ate, watch your weight trend, and keep a log book your dietitian replies to. No app to install.
Real meals, real photos
No stock images. Every picture is a Helicious meal exactly as it reaches your door.
The questions everybody asks
Is it going to taste like diet food?
No, and that is deliberate. Healthy eating only works if you keep doing it, and nobody keeps eating food they dislike. We grill, bake, roast and temper with real spices. What we avoid is deep frying, excess oil and refined flour — not flavour.
Do I need to go to the gym for this to work?
No. Most of our members are not gym-goers — they are people who sit at a desk all day and want to stop guessing about food. Training helps, but what you eat is the part that decides your weight.
How much does a plan cost?
It depends on how many meals a day you take, how long the plan runs, and where you live. Message us and you will get a written breakdown — food, delivery and any add-ons as separate lines, with the total. Nothing hidden, and we will not quote you a number we cannot hold.
Can I get pure vegetarian? What about allergies?
Yes. Veg, egg and non-veg plans all exist, and your preference is recorded on your profile. Allergies and dislikes are recorded too — if a dish on the week's rotation contains something you cannot eat, it is swapped for another dish that hits the same numbers.
I am diabetic. Can I use this?
Yes, and this is one of the things we do most carefully. Bring what your doctor or dietitian has told you and we will cook to it — low-GI carbs, controlled portions, consistent timing. We follow a medical prescription; we never write one.
What if I travel, or I am not hungry that day?
Pause the day. Tell us before the cut-off and we add that day to the end of your plan, so you never pay for food you did not eat.
What if I do not like one of the dishes?
Tell us and it comes off your rotation permanently. With 100+ dishes there is always something else that hits the same macros.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Our kitchen is in Shivarampalli, Hyderabad 500052, and we run the whole corridor from LB Nagar to Mehdipatnam — Rajendranagar, Attapur, Santoshnagar, Chandrayangutta, Dilsukhnagar, Kothapet and everywhere between. Message us with your pin code and we will tell you straight away whether we reach you and what delivery costs.
Can I try before committing to a month?
Yes — start with a 3-day trial, or just order a single meal from today's menu above. Most people do one of those first.
